• Part-time, PRN Job Overview Faithful Homes LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Weekend Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide quality care and support to adults with developmental disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact while working weekends. As a Weekend DSP, you will help individuals achieve greater independence by assisting with daily living activities, promoting community involvement, and ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Weekend Schedule We are hiring for Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts, including: 7:00 AM

• 3:00 PM 3:00 PM
• 11:00 PM 11:00 PM
• 7:00 AM Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) Administer medications (if certified) Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary Complete accurate daily documentation Support community outings and recreational activities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment Encourage independence while respecting individual choices Monitor health, safety, and behavioral needs Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Follow all company policies and DODD regulations Qualifications High school diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Medication Administration Certification preferred but not required Previous DSP, caregiver, healthcare, or residential experience is preferred but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who are: Compassionate and patient Dependable and punctual Positive and team-oriented Excellent communicators Willing to learn and grow Passionate about helping others achieve independence Why Faithful Homes?
