Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full Time Bellevue Area locations Make a difference every day. We are seeking one full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a supportive living environment in the Bellevue and Flat Rock Ohio area . As a DSP, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals live meaningful, independent, and healthy lives—while being part of a mission-driven organization that values respect, teamwork, and compassion. Pay & Differentials $18.00/hour for hours worked outside of midnight-6:00 a.m.

Sleep rate:

$15.00/hour from midnight-6:00 a.m. (in some of the houses) Employees may sleep during this time of midnight - 6:00 a.m. (in designated houses) Mileage reimbursement provided when transporting clients Schedules (Rotating Two-Week Schedule) A FT 40 hrs/week position and some part time positions as well.

What You'll Do Support individuals in daily living skills and personal care Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of each person served Assist with household routines such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and outings Follow individual support plans and document services provided Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times Requirements At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Valid Ohio driver's license Personal vehicle available for client transportation Auto insurance required Minimum 3 years driving experience No more than 2 moving violations Fewer than 6 points on driving record Pass Background check and Drug Screen (we also randomly screen) Ability to communicate effectively and work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (including lifting up to 50 lbs.) Physical Job requirements:

Exerting/lifting/carrying 25 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, or 10 to 25 lbs. of force frequently, or 10 to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Walking up and down stairs. Are you able to meet the physical requirements of this position? Must have a vehicle to transport clients in (mileage reimbursement provided) and valid auto insurance. These positions are located in a supportive living home in the city of Bellevue Ohio and Flat Rock, totally 3 supportive living homes. The hourly rate of pay is 18.00 an hour. The sleep rate is 15.00 an hour between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m. each night in the homes that have a sleep rate. Outside of these hours, your rate will revert back to your normal rate. Some schedules are a combination of shifts. Are you comfortable with this? Do you prefer Full time or Part time?
