Qualifications

STNA / CNA

current license/certification preferred. 1 year working under RN supervision preferred. Looking for compassionate care takers for the elderly. Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or nursing home settings is preferred. Knowledge of medication administration and patient observation techniques. Familiarity with memory care practices and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others live independently. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
