Job Summary We are seeking compassionate dedicated and mature Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to all health and safety regulations. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, allowing them to maintain independence in a familiar environment. Monday -Friday 40 hours weekly 10a-6p Duties Provide personal care services, will include bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Assist with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals according to dietary needs. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Document patient care activities accurately, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive relationship. Requirements Previous experience in home health care or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of medical documentation practices and patient care protocols. Ability to perform basic cooking tasks and meal preparation. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and healthcare teams. Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others maintain their independence at home. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
