Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Home Supervisor

MPA Services is hiring a compassionate Direct Support Professional who will also serve as the Home Supervisor to support one client with developmental disabilities in a calm, behavior-free home in Celina, Ohio.

Hours:

Your Key Responsibilities Support Clients Daily:

Engage individual in activities, assist with meal prep, medications, community outings and activities

Encourage Growth:

Promote independence, community engagement, and life skills

Ensure Safety:

Monitor well-being, follow ISPs, and maintain compliance

Stay Organized:
