We have a variety of full and part-time schedule options that fit your life as well as a wide range of clients, locations, and jobs to help you grow. Tasks related to this position include documentation, personal care, home care, and other related services required to help individuals remain in their homes, maintain their dignity and respect, and remain independent. Evening, Overnight, Weekend shifts available

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) Driver License with less than 6points Valid Automobile Insurance Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen

RESPONSIBILITIES

May Include But Are Not Limited to: Accompanying individuals and providing transportation to and from community events, activities, and appointments Provide individuals companionship and basic emotional support Administering medications and completing other health related activities such as taking vitals, temperature, and blood pressure under the supervision of an RN Assisting individuals with bathing and other personal care needs Completing service and support documentation accurately and timely. Provide assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, and light housekeeping Use of safety equipment such as: Hoyer lift, wheelchair, and gait belt may be required
