LOCATION.

In this rewarding role, you will provide compassionate, personalized care to individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, and those requiring memory or dementia care. Your energetic and proactive approach will help foster independence, safety, and well-being for residents while supporting their daily routines and activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through engaging caregiving and support. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote dignity and independence Administer medications following prescribed protocols and document all medication-related activities accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure residents' health stability Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas Engage residents in social activities, recreational programs, and community outings to enhance socialization and mental stimulation Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning resident rooms and common areas Skills Proven experience in assisted living, long-term care, or home & community care environments Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges Strong understanding of medication administration protocols and vital signs monitoring First aid certification and CPR training are highly preferred Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving Valid driver's license for transportation duties when needed Familiarity with group home settings or personal care homes is advantageous Join us to become part of a passionate team committed to enriching lives through dedicated support.
