Rise Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Provide high-quality personal care and assistance to clients Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Perform light housekeeping and household support tasks Monitor client well-being and report any changes in condition Offer companionship and emotional support Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities when needed Provide medication reminders as directed Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided Qualifications Previous experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Caregiver, or Direct Support Professional (DSP) Understanding of basic health, nutrition, and personal care practices Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and families Compassionate, reliable, patient, and trustworthy demeanor Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred Valid driver's license and dependable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Why Join Us?
