- Homemaker/Personal Care Provider (HPC)
Schedule:

Commercial Point, OH Start Date:
ASAP We are seeking a compassionate HPC Provider to support a sweet, engaging 13‑year‑old girl with Cerebral Palsy. This is a long‑term position providing essential daily care, meaningful interaction, and safe mobility support within her home. Weekly Schedule- Three weeknights: 4 PM
- 8 PM
- One weekend shift: 12 PM
- 8 PM
Summer:
Flexible daytime hours available About the Individual She enjoys being outdoors, wheelchair‑assisted walks, music, toys, and simple interactive activities. She uses a wheelchair and requires assistance with transfers (bed, stroller, stander, floor, etc.). A Hoyer lift is available for safe transfers. Primary Responsibilities- Daily hygiene support: diapering, bathing, hair/nail care, brushing teeth
- Feeding assistance, snacks, and G‑tube care
- Medication administration
- Safe mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques
- Engaging her in enjoyable activities and providing companionship Requirements
- Medication Administration Certification
- G‑Tube Certification
- Ability to safely assist with transfers (Hoyer lift experience preferred)
- Female staff preferred Ideal Candidate Someone patient, attentive, and comfortable supporting a child with physical disabilities.
Pay:
$17.00- $18.
