Job Summary
  • Homemaker/Personal Care Provider (HPC)
Schedule:
~20 hours/week
Location:
Commercial Point, OH Start Date:
ASAP We are seeking a compassionate HPC Provider to support a sweet, engaging 13‑year‑old girl with Cerebral Palsy. This is a long‑term position providing essential daily care, meaningful interaction, and safe mobility support within her home. Weekly Schedule
  • Three weeknights: 4 PM
  • 8 PM
  • One weekend shift: 12 PM
  • 8 PM
  • Summer:
    Flexible daytime hours available About the Individual She enjoys being outdoors, wheelchair‑assisted walks, music, toys, and simple interactive activities. She uses a wheelchair and requires assistance with transfers (bed, stroller, stander, floor, etc.). A Hoyer lift is available for safe transfers. Primary Responsibilities
  • Daily hygiene support: diapering, bathing, hair/nail care, brushing teeth
  • Feeding assistance, snacks, and G‑tube care
  • Medication administration
  • Safe mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques
  • Engaging her in enjoyable activities and providing companionship Requirements
  • Medication Administration Certification
  • G‑Tube Certification
  • Ability to safely assist with transfers (Hoyer lift experience preferred)
  • Female staff preferred Ideal Candidate Someone patient, attentive, and comfortable supporting a child with physical disabilities.
