Job Description
DSP (Direct Support Professional) We are growing which means we are also looking for the BEST people with a heart for giving to others who can't advocate/speak for themselves, a moral compass to understand what that really means, and a desire to do the hard work to live it daily. And, as a bonus, you get to hang out with cool people who will make you LAUGH (a lot!!), cry (sometimes), value humankind, and experience pure joy on the regular! Such a rewarding (and appreciated) vocation for those who are called. This position you'll get to experience the best of both worlds in our day program and residential homes! Hours will vary between 830am - 330pm, 2nd shifts, and thirds shifts with 2 weekends a month. If you want to help enhance others lives while getting to explore the communities around us this might be the fit for you!
