Qualifications :
Perfect candidate is reliable, adaptable, compassionate, attentive, and caring. Past experience as a Direct Support Professional DSP is not required but, is a plus.Training:
No experience required, we offer comprehensive paid trainingResponsibilities:
Transporting individuals between their home, and the day program daily. Assisting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting with activities, cooking, cleaning, dressing, showering, and toileting needs. Ensuring the Health and Safety of individuals. Documenting daily activities Assist individuals with reaching their maximum level of independence, and living the best life possible with confidence and happiness. Communicating and documenting goals, needs, and incidents to Supervisory team Transporting individuals to their daily activities such as doctor's appointments, jobs, extracurricular, etc. Preparing meals that fit in each individual's dietary plan. Encouraging individuals to be active and social within their community.Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
