We are looking for individuals who are reliable, attentive, and committed to providing quality support while ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals we serve.

Available Shifts Garfield Hts Area:

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM-9:00AM Every other weekend is REQUIRED and is not negotiable. Applicants may be assigned to one location based on availability and operational needs. Responsibilities Provide overnight supervision and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Administer medications in accordance with DODD guidelines. Complete routine safety checks and ensure the home remains secure throughout the shift. Assist with personal care and hygiene needs as required. Complete accurate and timely daily documentation. Prepare individuals for morning routines when applicable. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment. Follow Individual Service Plans (ISPs), company policies, and all DODD regulations. Communicate effectively with supervisors and incoming staff during shift changes.

Minimum Requirements No Exceptions:

Current Medication Administration Certification (Med Cert 1) Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Current automobile insurance Ability to pass all required background checks and meet DODD employment requirements Must be dependable with excellent attendance. Must be available to work every other weekend. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong communication and documentation skills.
