! Come work with us in our 32-person or 6-person facilities located in beautiful Hartville. DSP ( Direct Support Professional ) Pay & Schedule Availability $19.00 Base Pay Rate $1.50 shift differentia l available for hours worked between 2pm and 6am. Hiring 6am-2:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm and 11:30pm-8am in the 32-person facility, and 6pm-6:30am in our 6-person facilities Not hiring PRN at this time. Must work every other weekend and equitable holidays. In the 32-person facility: Client to Staff Ratio on days and afternoons: 2:8.

On midnights:

1:8. In the 6-person facilities, client to staff ratio on days and afternoons is 2:6 and midnights is 1:6. These are Intermediate Care Facilities for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and not waiver settings. Sleeping is not permitted. Must remain awake and alert 24 hours per day. This is not a waiver home. Residents do not have On Site-On Call hours that permit staff to sleep. STNA is not required. There is an LPN on duty 24 hours per day at the 32-person facility. Staff must be trained and certified in medication administration to work in the 6-person homes (must have a HS Diploma/GED). DSP ( Direct Support Professional )

Qualifications:

Must have a clean background check, drug screen and driving record (less than 5 points) Must have a HS diploma/GED Must have an Ohio driver license with less than 5 points.

STNA/CNA

Responsibilities:

Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care, meals, laundry, housekeeping Transport residents to work, shopping, appointments, community activities Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members and facility staff Provides direct and indirect resident care services Work alongside nursing team to communicate resident needs/changes If you meet the above qualifications for our DSP ( Direct Support Professional ) position, please apply today!
