Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes. This position will start as an on-call role , with the opportunity for additional and more consistent hours as client needs and available assignments increase . Responsibilities Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing. Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed. Provide medication reminders as directed. Perform light housekeeping and laundry. Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Respect each client's privacy, dignity, independence, and confidentiality. Qualifications Home Health Aide certification or required state-approved training, is preferred but not required. Previous caregiving experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, reliable, patient, and professional. Ability to safely assist clients with daily living activities and mobility. Reliable transportation may be required. Schedule and Hours This position will begin on an on-call/as-needed basis . As the client base and care needs grow, additional hours and more regular scheduling may become available . Flexibility and availability to accept assignments are preferred. Employment Type On-call/part-time to start, with the potential for increased hours based on availability and client needs.

$18.00 per hour
