This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of hospice patients and their families. Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals today! This is a mobile position in the field. The position requires a reliable vehicle and travel to patients
Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with physical examinations under the direction of healthcare professionals
  • Support patients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Qualifications:
  • STNA Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures
  • Experience in providing care for patients in various settings Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families
  • Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety protocols
  • Physical ability to lift and move patients safely Expected hours: 40 per week
