Schedule:
Full-Time, schedules will vary based on staffing needs and may include days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes across multiple residential locations. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation. Support individuals in achieving personal goals while promoting independence. Transport individuals to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities as needed. Administer medications and monitor health conditions in accordance with company policy and state regulations. Complete accurate and timely documentation for each shift. Follow each home's routines, care plans, and individualized support plans. Communicate effectively with individuals, families, supervisors, and team members. Adapt quickly to different homes, teams, and support needs while maintaining high-quality care. Complete all required trainings and maintain required certifications
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to float between an average of six residential sites based on operational needs in the following cities; Celina, Wapakoneta, Lima, Reliable transportation to travel between assigned homes. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. No more than two minor moving violations within the past 3 years. No major driving violations (DUI, reckless driving, driving under suspension, etc.) within the past 5 years. Ability to pass state and federal background checks. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments. Ability to maintain confidentiality and treat all individuals with dignity and respect.
