Company Overview Luther Home of Mercy is a dedicated nonprofit organization with over 98 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide comprehensive residential, recreational, clinical, and vocational services at our campus and throughout the community in Lucas, Wood, Ottawa counties and surrounding counties. Responsibilites Build respectful and supportive relationships with clients. Ensure client safety, supervision, and daily support needs. Assist with personal care, housekeeping, transportation, and community activities. Support clients in achieving goals and managing daily responsibilities. Maintain accurate documentation and report incidents as required. Provide first aid or healthcare support when needed. Attend trainings, meetings, and emergency drills. Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, flexibility, and commitment to the organization's mission. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Must meet the following qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED, one (1) year experience in field preferred, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
