Job Description
Country Club in Ashland is in need of PCAs for our Assisted Living Facility !! Full Time, ALL SHIFTS ! Responsibilities Provide compassionate patient care by assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address concerns and provide support. Assist in the management of patients with special needs, including those with Alzheimer's and developmental disabilities.
