Overall responsibilities:
Work in a residential setting assisting individuals served in becoming self-sufficient, self-advocating, self-driven individuals.
Detailed responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals to achieve and exceed their personal goals based on their individual specific plan.
  • Provide structure and create positive peer to peer relationships.
  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene including bathing, feeding, dressing, etc.- if needed.
  • Complete detailed, accurate documentation as assigned.
  • Promote Community Inclusion for the individuals served.
  • Help maintains & promote a safe and clean environment for the individuals.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Capacity to build and maintain positive relationships with consumers, guardians, staff and other team members. Ability to communicate in a professional manner with both internal and external team members to positively represent
