We staff one to one, we pay well, and we look after the people who work for us. That is the whole model.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Location:

Warren and Butler County, in the family home and out in the community

Hours:

full time and part time available, days, evenings and weekends

Support:

one to one, matched to you rather than assigned at random These are steady placements with one individual and one family. Not a rotating shift job, and not a different face every week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide one to one supervision, support and companionship Support daily routines, structure, communication and independence Help with community activities, outings, appointments and recreation Assist with personal care, meal preparation and light household tasks related to care Keep clear and accurate daily documentation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR DODD 8

hour orientation certificate, or willingness to complete it Current CPR and First Aid certification Valid driver license, reliable vehicle and current auto insurance High school diploma or equivalent Medication certification is a plus and opens more placements Experience as a DSP, STNA, HHA, caregiver, home health aide, personal care aide or direct care worker is welcome. We also train the right person
