Locations:
Mentor Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full-Time & Part-Time We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with disabilities in daily living and community activities. This is a hands-on role where you can make a meaningful impact while helping individuals build independence and enjoy an active lifestyle.
What You'll Do:
Assist with daily living tasks (meal prep, personal hygiene, medication reminders) Support individuals during community outings, social events, and recreational activities Monitor health and well-being and report any concerns Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times Encourage social interaction and community engagement Complete daily documentation and incident reports
What We're Looking For:
Experience in caregiving, DSP roles, or working with developmental disabilities preferred Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a positive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Valid Ohio driver's license with fewer than 6 points
