Immediate Overnight Opening - Morrow, Ohio We currently have an immediate need for a dependable Caregiver / CNA for a Spanish-speaking client in Morrow, Ohio .

Schedule:

Overnights- 7 days a week 10:00 PM-6:00 AM OR 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Every weekend OR every other weekend (biweekly) Consistent overnight hours available Because this client primarily speaks Spanish, we are seeking a caregiver who: Speaks Spanish , OR Is comfortable communicating with the client using a translation app Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate and attentive care to clients in their homes. Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as outlined in the client's care plan. Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks. Provide companionship and meaningful interaction. Promote client safety, independence, comfort, and dignity. Follow individualized client care plans and assigned tasks. Observe and report changes in a client's condition, needs, or routine. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, families, and the FirstLight care team. Arrive on time and provide dependable, consistent care for scheduled clients. Qualifications You're a great fit for FirstLight if you have: Compassion and a genuine desire to help others.
