Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Home Health Aide, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, personalized care to individuals in their homes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients by assisting with daily activities, monitoring health conditions, and supporting overall well-being. As a Home Health Aide, you will work closely with clients and their families to deliver high-quality care that promotes independence and comfort. Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and improve mental health Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment Use Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to document patient care accurately and efficiently Support patients with special needs including dementia, Alzheimer's disease, developmental disabilities, or hospice care requirements Requirements Experience preferred, but newbies are welcomed as well! Ability to operate medical equipment like Hoyer lifts or blood pressure monitors safely Ability and compassion to work with individuals with disabilities or memory care needs Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while following care plans precisely Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel between client locations Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care!
