Job Description
```Duties```
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Support individuals in community integration and participation in recreational activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals ```Requirements```
- Experience working with individuals' developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of meal preparation and ability to follow dietary restrictions
- Strong ability to provide compassionate support
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors and implement behavior management techniques
