• Requirements
• Must have a valid driver's license & auto insurance
• Must have valid Highschool Diploma
• Must be able to accommodate mandated shifts.

• Duties:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
• Implement behavior management techniques to support individuals with challenging behaviors
• Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment
• Adhere to resident rights and promote independence and self-determination

• Skills:

• Knowledge of resident rights and regulations
• Strong understanding of direct support principles
