The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, adherence to HIPAA regulations, and the ability to work independently while following care plans. Duties Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning to maintain a tidy living space. Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in condition to healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support clients with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed health regimens. Foster a positive relationship with clients, promoting their dignity and independence. Qualifications Previous experience in home care or senior care is preferred. Knowledge of patient observation techniques and basic caregiving skills. Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and healthcare teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with medical record systems is a plus. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
