Helping Hands Home Healthcare Agency in Bellefontaine, OH is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Healthcare Aide to join our caring team. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families Monitor and document patient health status, reporting any changes to supervising staff Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Support patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Transport or accompany clients to medical appointments and errands Follow individualized care plans developed by healthcare professionals

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred Prior experience as a home health aide, CNA, or caregiver is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with patient mobility
