Job duties Ensure the health and safety of our consumers Cook healthy meals, as instructed by the ISP Maintain a clean home by helping with daily chores and sometimes deep cleaning, when necessary Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Plan and implement community integration and recreational activities Provide transportation to individuals to and from activities

Pre-requisite:
