Open Arms Home Health Care is looking for dedicated State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team and provide quality, person-centered care in the comfort of our clients' homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make a difference.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As part of our caregiving team, you may assist clients with: Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Walking, transfers, and mobility Meal preparation and feeding assistance Personal care and daily living activities Companionship and meaningful conversation Light housekeeping related to client care Following individualized care plans Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition Protecting client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality

STNAs:

Taking and documenting vital signs when authorized by the care plan

WHO WE'RE LOOKING

FORSTNAs Completed an ODH-approved NATCEP program Minimum 75 hours of required training Valid STNA credentials HHAs Completed a state- or federally compliant HHA training program Minimum 75 hours of training At least 16 hours of supervised clinical training

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must: Be 18 years or older Have a high school diploma or GED Successfully complete an Ohio BCI background check Be physically able to perform caregiving duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Have reliable transportation and valid identification Communicate effectively in English Follow HIPAA, infection-control, and safety requirements Have current CPR and First Aid certification
