Job Description

Job description: A Home Health Aide is responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities and providing basic health-related services in their homes. The role focuses on promoting patient comfort, independence, and overall well-being under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional. Positions available cover Belpre and Marietta Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Help with mobility, including transferring and positioning patients Monitor vital signs (e.g., temperature, pulse, respiration) when required Assist with medication reminders (not administration) Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning, organizing) Accompany clients to medical appointments or errands Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to supervisors or healthcare professionals Maintain accurate records of care provided
