Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Specialists to provide exceptional care and support to clients in a residential care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in either working with teens or in behavioral healthcare. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients fostering a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. The primary responsibility of this position is to work in a behavioral health residential treatment center with girls ages 13-17 who have experienced a high prevalence of traumatic events. This position will be responsible for the overall implementation of policies, procedures, and schedules while providing quality, effective, and efficient therapeutic interventions and for the direct sight and sound supervision of the clients while in treatment. Qualifications High School Graduate or GED. Prior experience in either behavioral healthcare or working with teens preferred. Valid driver's license, car insurance, and safe driving record. Must be at least 21 years old. This position requires candidates to pass Safe Crisis Management (SCM) training. SCM training teaches de-escalation skills and physical restraint training used for client safety. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. • 11 PM to 7 AM (Includes benefits) Part-time positions also work 8-hour shifts

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
