Dayshift (6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) and Nightshift (6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.)

Responsibilities:

Perform direct and indirect non-professional nursing care and outreach services in a correctional facility medical clinic under nursing or medical supervision. Take vital signs, obtain lab specimens, and assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and hygiene needs. Chart patient observations, activities, and vital information, reporting pertinent changes in a patient's condition to supervisors or medical staff. Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with delegated or specialized functions as educationally prepared. Order, receive, and store medical supplies while performing basic clerical functions. Participate in follow-up activities, track clients, schedule appointments, and provide case finding and recruitment of at-risk persons for comprehensive health services. Follow all state and federal regulations, public health policies, and confidentiality requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing patient care.

Certifications:

Current certification in good standing by the Oklahoma State Department of Health as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA). About our
