Home Health Aide Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed Assist with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring patients Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans About the

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of a Home Health Aide training program and certification required 1+ year of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related field preferred Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
