We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in our residential group homes. No experience? We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed! Looking for PART Time , Full Time or Night Shifts, Weekends only ? We have availability for all shifts. Position Summary As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide person-centered support to adults and Children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll help individuals achieve their personal goals while promoting independence, dignity, choice, and community inclusion. Every day is different, and every day you have the opportunity to make a positive impact. Responsibilities Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) Support community outings, recreational activities, and appointments Administer medications (training provided) Complete daily documentation and progress notes Assist with meal planning and preparation Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home Promote independence, self-advocacy, and personal choice Follow Individual Support Plans (ISPs) Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and healthcare professionals Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Qualifications Preferred High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to obtain required Oregon certifications (paid by employer) Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary We Are Looking for
