Direct Support Professional (DSP) Eugene/Springfield, OR Join Pearl Buck Center and make a meaningful impact in your community! For over 70 years, we've empowered individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through compassion, inclusion, and person-centered support.
What You'll Do:
Provide direct, person-centered support to individuals with IDD Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and routines Support community participation and social connections Help individuals succeed in employment and skill-building activities Promote independence, choice, and self-advocacyWhat We're Looking For:
