We are seeking a dedicated Hospice Home Care Aide (CNA) to join our Hospice team. Position Summary Provide personal care and supportive services to patients in their homes or at Pete Moore Hospice House under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to the physician's plan of care. This role includes assisting with ADLs, monitoring vital signs, supporting hospice patients with dignity and compassion, performing light household tasks, and reporting changes in patient condition. Cross-training opportunities available at Pete Moore Hospice House.
