As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you will provide person-centered care and support to individuals in their homes and in the community. You'll assist with daily living activities, implement individualized goals, and foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages growth and independence. What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Prior experience as a DSP or in a similar caregiving/support role Comfortable supporting individuals with high behavioral needs Available to work weekends (required) Own reliable transportation for use in transporting clients Valid Driver's License and current auto insurance (minimum 100k/300k liability coverage) Smartphone with internet access for documentation Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check Preferred Skills Compassionate and reliable with strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and coworkers
