THE OPPORTUNITY
Medical Assistant is assigned to each clinician. Daily case load is approximately 15-18 patients per day. Additional support from our Diabetes Educator, RN Care Coordinators, Wound Care, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Palliative Care and Women's Health. 4-day or 5-day work week. Collaborative working environment. Oregon is a Full Practice Authority State.

WHAT YOU BRING
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program National certification as an NP or PA Ability to obtain an Oregon NP or PA license Current DEA certification or ability to obtain Experience in Urgent Care, Walk-In Clinic, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related setting preferred
