MV Advancements is hiring an Independent Living Direct Support Professional in McMinnville, OR for a swing shift partial weekend position. If you're passionate about helping others live full, independent lives and want to make a meaningful impact, this could be the perfect fit. Join our team and be the difference someone needs! As an Independent Living Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll start at, $21.00, with a 15% shift differential. All hours worked between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday earn a shift differential of 15% of your hourly rate! At $21.00, your shift differential would be $3.15 per hour, for a total hourly rate of $24.15! What do Independent Living Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) do? As a Direct Support Professional for MVAs Supported Living Program, you will empower adults with disabilities to live their best lives. Every day varies and may include, grocery shopping, paying bills, advocating at doctor's appointments, toileting assistance, or helping someone get in/out of a shower. We work hard to make sure our clients can continue to live in their own homes as independently and as long as possible and that means supporting them in whatever way they need to achieve their goals.
