General Roles & Responsibilities:

Uphold Client confidentiality standards Skills training on Activities of Daily Living such as budgeting, cleaning, etc. Daily assisting with personal care Provide transportation and accompany individuals to medical appointments Assisting individuals in attending/participating in community events Community outings Creating a positive and safe environment Encouraging and Leading towards Independence! Maintenance cleaning Budgeting/Computer research

Qualifications:

Personal Vehicle & Insurance (willing to use for work) Valid Drivers License Strong communication skills Willing to assist/perform basic housekeeping duties such as cooking, laundry, dishes, etc. Tech savvy Ability to understand and master proprietary documentation program Willing to accompany client in pool setting

Ideal Candidate Temperament:

Enthusiastic Driven Friendly Good sense of humor Pay Range Starting at $20 depending on experience, training and growth within the company. We provide Paid Training which consists of three in-person training segments paired with 14 hours of state mandated Workday online trainings. One day training on our systems (approx. 6 hours) and two days of on-the-job DSP training at a client's house (approx. 10-12 hours). All Workday trainings are done in our office between 8am and 3pm. This position does involve intermittent driving, therefore a Current & Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance & a Reliable Vehicle are required to perform job duties & assignments. Must be able to pass a criminal background check with current ID (such as a Drivers License, Passport or Social Security Card)
