She requires close supervision and support with daily living skills, safety awareness, and emotional regulation, and she does best when caregivers follow her lead, maintain a calm approach, and prioritize her safety and well-being at all times. Needs:
He communicates primarily through vocalizations, body language, and eye gaze, and is considered non-verbal. He requires full assistance with all activities of daily living, including mobility, feeding, hygiene, and communication, and uses a wheelchair for all mobility. He requires support within hearing or visual distance at all times, both at home and in the community, and benefits from consistent routines and familiar staff. Requirements 18+ years old High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of caregiving or related experience Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation Smartphone required Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
