Personal Care Assistants -
Full Time Evening Shift:
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our residents. As a PCA, you will provide essential personal care and emotional support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. If you have a genuine passion for elder care, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to improving the quality of life for others, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting Provide mobility support and transfers using safe lifting techniques Offer companionship and emotional support to residents Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition Engage residents in daily activities and social interaction Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams Follow care plans and facility protocols with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
