Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Pay:

$18/hour + Shift Differentials + $1,200

Sign-on Bonus Location:

Bellefonte (Zion)

Schedule:

Full-Time No Experience Needed (all training is paid!) SchedulePay Starting at $18/hr $1,200 sign-on/stay-on bonus Additional $1/hr for late nights, weekends, and holidays ( differentials can stack !) Not Required:

Experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism (IDD/A) Experience in direct care, caregiving, behavioral health, or healthcare What You'll Do Provide direct support to adults with IDD/A in residential group homes Assist with activities of daily living like cooking, hygiene, and routines Monitor health, safety, and well-being of individuals Support individuals in building life skills Provide transportation to community-based activities and appointments Promote independence and a person-centered environment Build meaningful relationships while making a difference every day

Eligible DSPs can complete NADSP credentialing and earn an extra $1/hour per credential, up to $3!
