- $14 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications Passenger vehicle High school diploma or GED Driver's License Meal preparation Bathing assistance Meal assistance Full Job Description Assist with ADL's such as Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Oral Care, Transfers, and Ambulation Companionship Care Recreational Activities Accompany clients to doctor's appointments or running Errands (a car is a Must) Helping the clients plan a meal and preparing it for them or with them Performing light housekeeping or Laundry Medication reminders Incontinence Care and Toileting Companionship Care Qualifications At least 1 year of Experience as a Caregiver in a Home Health, Assisted Living, or Hospital Setting 2 step PPD completed with in the last 6 months or a Chest X•Ray checking for Tuberculosis completed within the last 2 years Physical Examination(Current year) Valid Driver's License in good standing Reliable Vehicle 2 forms of ID such as a Passport or Pennsylvania ID Social Security Card High School Diploma or Equivalent/CHHA •All Employees are subject to Criminal Background Check Screening•
