EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.
Current Phlebotomy certification upon hire, preferred. 2. Current EKG certification upon hire, preferred. 3. Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current. 4. Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology. 5. Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office preferred. Facility Specific Requirements (as applicable required): 6. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), State approved Certification required. 7.
