In this vital full-time role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the team to provide compassionate, person-centered support and programming to adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, ensuring a meaningful and engaging experience. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will foster a safe, inclusive environment where participants thrive, develop new skills, and enjoy a fulfilling day. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on lives while working in a dynamic, supportive setting. Experience Min 1 yr providing direct support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a day program setting is highly preferred. HS diploma required, advanced education desired. Prior work experience in education or training, including lesson or activity development and leading programs is ideal. Familiarity with
