Schedule Monday-Friday:

4:00p-8:00p or

Saturday- Sunday:

9:00a-5:00p Duties Assist individuals with providing verbal cues with daily living activities (ADLs), including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks. Support clients in developing life skills through engaging activities and behavioral management strategies. Provide transportation assistance using a standard passenger car to appointments, community outings, or recreational activities. Implement behavior management plans tailored to each individual's needs, especially those with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders. Collect data on client progress and document interactions accurately for ongoing care planning. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care and support. Requirements Fluent in Spanish with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English . Experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders. Knowledge of special education principles and behavioral health practices. Familiarity with behavior management techniques and supporting clients with cognitive disabilities. Valid driver's license with experience operating a standard passenger car; clean driving record preferred. Prior experience in home & community care settings or social services is highly desirable. Ability to assist clients with ADLs and provide personal transportation assistance safely. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional training in medication administration is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills for client communication, teamwork, and collaboration with families. $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 20.0 per week
