Your role is more than a job—it's a chance to support people in achieving their personal goals and living full, meaningful lives. What you'll do: Help people and their families in their homes or in the community based on their specific needs. Be flexible with your schedule to meet the needs of each person and family. Drive and go with individuals to community activities when needed. Write and turn in notes that describe what activities you did and how they helped the person. Follow each person's support plan and document their progress. Keep all required paperwork up to date and organized. Keep your car, insurance, and driver's license information current and on file. Help with light cleaning if needed, such as vacuuming, dusting, or doing laundry. Be respectful and work well with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
