SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

Provide care to individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities at a group home. Monitor the ongoing health status of patients. Document progress notes.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
