Responsibilities Assist individuals with activities of daily living (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks) Support skill development to promote independence and self-advocacy Encourage participation in community activities, employment, and social opportunities Follow individual support plans, behavioral support strategies, and health plans Ensure health, safety, rights, and dignity are upheld at all times Complete accurate and timely service documentation Communicate changes, concerns, or incidents to supervisors as required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to pass required background checks (PA clearances) Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience supporting individuals with IDD is a plus, but not required Schedule & Pay Flexible scheduling (daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available) Part-time and full-time opportunities Competitive hourly pay based on experience Why Work at Thrive CSS?
